A research aim is an increase of efficiency of process of preparation of homogeneous feed mixture for pigs by development of new machine technical equipments of mechanization, that will provide the improvement of quality of feed mixture, economy of labour charges and electric power. Research methods and apparatus - theoretical researches are executed with application of substantive provisions of theoretical mechanics, analytical geometry and theory of chances. The ground of structural parameters of machine is executed with the use of the computing engineering, application program Matlab. Researches of fusic-mechanic properties of concentracion feed were executed by means of the known and worked out methodologies. During experimental researches of process of preparation of homogeneous feed mixture from grain a hardware, that allowed to carry out the videotape recording, conduct planning of multivariable experiment, was used. The productive tests of the worked out machine are executed in accordance with methodology of tests for preparation of homogeneous feed mixture from grain. Theoretical and practical results- it is offered and the construction of machine is experimentally reasonable for preparation of homogeneous feed mixture from grain and certainly her basic rational structurally-regime parameters, that allowed to get the module of grade = a 0,709 mm, to eliminate the presence of the not ground up concentrated feed.
