Purpose is to develop advanced technology of deep utilization of heat of boiler exhaust gas and construction heat utilizer settings on the base of the combined use of recovered heat and aggregating the main elements of these systems in one device, while ensuring protection of the gas-escape channel and decarbonization of formed in condenser heat recovery units. The basic position of advanced technology with the use of recovered heat for heating the boiler return water and raw water chemical water treatment system are developed for gas-burning boilers. The technology of equipment for drying smoke fumes after their deep cooling and equipment for neutralization of the formed condensate are offered. The analysis and optimization of structural parameters of aggregated heat utilizer settings and optimization of heat engineering characteristics of their elements are performed. A schematic diagrams of aggregation of settings using heat utilizers, gas heater and neutralizer and a system of automatic control of key parameters and safe operation of these settings are developed. Use development will improve boiler efficiency by 3 - 10%, and the corresponding reduction of harmful emissions into the environment by saving fuel and reducing the concentration of pollutants in the exhaust gases.
