The aim of study is to detect the effectiveness of cerium dioxide and ortovanadates of rare-earth elements nanoparticles for correction of age disturbances in male rats on a descending stage of ontogenesis as potentional medicinal substances for prevention of reproductive function aging involution and combined state Methods of study: physiological, biochemical, cytological, morphological, histological, toxicological. statistical. It has been evidenced that the nanoparticles of either cerium dioxide or gadolinium ortovanadate are relatively nontoxic materials (V class of toxicity). Mass coefficients of internal organs, sex cells morphology of male mice on 30th day after i/р injection of NPs in doses 10 or 50 mg/kg b. m. were unchangeable, quantity of sperms are increased without signs of mutagen action. NP GdVO4:Eu3+ has a prooxidant influence in testis and liver (increased of NO concentration) and to a rise of arginine level in testis. Used in same conditions nanocerium did not change NO concentration in testis and increased of arginine level. On aging male rats (18-20 month old) has been demonstrated antiaging activity of NP GdVO4:Eu3+ (70 days, in dose 0.33 mg/kg). GdVO4:Eu3+ male rats demonstrated the decrease in accretion of body weight and glucose level, and the less dejection compared with the untreated aging rats. These rats have increased testosterone level, sperm concentration that was verified histologically. It has been devised of procedure of spectrometric determination of NP GdVO4:Eu3+ in tissue and showed pharmacokinetic of this NP. Thymus, spleen and liver are the target organs in the early period, but the contents of NP are decreased at 30th days after treatment.
