The observations were made visually according to the existing database and the camera recorded their status and trends of growth / reduction. It was also conducted according to standard procedure additional monitoring of potential sites of occurrence of dumps using RPV (remotely piloted aircraft) in the Zolochevsky, Kharkov region. There were several new landfills in the territory of all areas of study. Some of the new landfills were in hidden places (bottom of a small ravine, under forest). Using spectral analysis revealed these few dumps. All dump was recorded in the database, recorded in photographs. Dimensions, the volume of landfills, geographical coordinates, the presence of the filtrate, replenishment, etc. measured with instruments.
