A scientific and technological basis for the creation of a small-scale production of functional materials has been prepared. An ecologically safe technology of piezoelectric elements with a high level of piezo properties based on PZT has been created. Composite materials for radar absorbing coatings have been developed. An optimization of technological processes of the manufacturing of piezoelectric ceramics based on PZT solid solutions has been realized. A laboratory technology of creation of composite materials and radar-absorbent coatings based on them has been developed.5481
