Two forms eEF1A encoded by different genes, but the proteins identity is 93 % and homology is 98 % . Protein eEF1A1 - expressed in most tissues, eEF1A2 replaces it in the nervous and muscular tissues in the development process. It is important that in spite of the great similarity of the primary structure, these isoforms are different in some of its features and functions as in the translation process, as well as in others. Post-translational modifications of eEF1A is one of the factors causing the transition of the molecules of the protein household in oncogenic factors. Therefore, we carried out a theoretical analysis of the presence of post-translational modifications in eEF1A, described the presence of phosphorylated tyrosine residues and their location in the spatial structure of the protein. eEF1A was allocated from tumor and normal tissues and we conducted their mass spectrometric analysis. Difference of the degree of methylation at specific lysine residues of tumor and normal tissues was shown.5481 Product Description popup.authors Висловух А.А Власенко Д.О Капустян Л.М.
