Aim: theoretically ground and experimentally approve features of constructing and application of modern integrative technologies of forming and development of specialists' personal and professional qualities in the system of higher and post-graduate education. Methods: theoretical - study, analysis, systematization and generalization of scientific and methodical sources; analysis of modern practice of the personality's professional becoming as a specialist; empiric - a purposeful supervision, questionnaire, conversations, testing, pedagogical experiment, statistical - quantitative and quality analysis of experimental data. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical principles of future teacher's formation of professional identity, future teachers' preparation for pedagogical tutorship, planning of creative professional activity, forming of the psychotherapy directed pedagogical technique, future teachers' ecocultural competence have been determined; vitagenetical technology of future teacher's formation of professional identity, ecocultural competence have been worked out, special courses "Formation of pedagogical facilitation of future teachers", "Professional mobility of future specialists", "Basis of formation of future teachers' organizational competence ", "Formation of future teachers' aesthetic outlook of humanitarian cycle" have been worked out and inculcated into the educational process of educational establishments of higher education and post-graduate education; methodologies have been tested: forming of pedagogical facilitation, organizational competence, aesthetic outlook, pedagogical support of future teachers' self-realization and others like that. Introduction: research materials can be used by teachers in the educational process of higher educational establishments, establishments of post-graduate education, in making up textbooks, educational supplies, monographs, methodical recommendations, normative and variant courses, by the applicants of scientific degrees and graduate students while writing of doctoral, candidate's dissertations, masters and students of master's degree and diploma works.
