The method allows obtaining the powders with magneto anisotropic particles. The low temperature (?950 °С) sintering method has been developed at fist time for sintering of Sm2Co17 alloys powders by hydrogen and vacuum treatment. It has been shown the V substitution for Co in Sm2Co17 alloy leads fining of microstructure. It has been revealed that the hydrogen treatment of Sm2(Co,Fe)17/FeCo alloys causes a fining of Sm2(Co,Fe)17 phase microstructure.
