The dependences of electrical and optical properties of nanocomposites on the nature and concentration of CNT and semiconductor NC as well as on the method of nanocomposite film obtaining were determined. The synergetic influence of the components with the same type of conductivity (CNT and CuS) onto the specific conductivity of composite was established. The possibility of control of the nanocomposite film properties changing the composite composition and conditions of its obtaining was shown.
