An empirical dependence of hydrogen concentration on mechanical characteristics of metal is proposed. An analytical dependence for fatigue crack growth rate determination at the complex loading in hydrogen is developed. The technique of true stress-strain curves plotting on the basis of DIC method is developed and found that the strain energy density in hydrogen decreases by 20% in comparison with air. The technique for fatigue crack grows rate curves plotting at the transverse shear is developed. A methodology for the energy damage ratio of material estimation at complex loading in hydrogen is formulated. It is shown that hydrogen environment accelerates the accumulation of damage and reduces the operating time of the metal by 20-30%.
