Within the fulfilled investigations, the main factors of natural and anthropogenic influence on ecological state of the West Polesie biogeosystem were identified. The information-analytical system as mechanism of adaptive management by the nature-protected territory was developed. The major tendencies of climate change within the West Polesie territory were defined, on the base of regression analysis. Special-purpose software “Ecomonitoring” was developed for management by the data of ground-based complex ecological monitoring; the geodatabase of the geoinformation system of the “Shatskyi” Bioreserve were developed. As the result of bathymetric ultrasonic survey of the whole water area of Svityaz’ and Ljuzimer lakes, a database and a digital terrain model of lake's bottom were created with the purpose of searching and investigation of sources of lake's water supply.
