We have identified material (elemental, mineral, rock) compositions of sedimentary and volcanogenic sedimentary formations that fill the structural elements of the Dniester perecraton depression, their occurrence shape and relationship with each other. The extent, character and factors of litogenetic transformations of sedimentary and volcanogenic sedimentary formations were established. We have fulfilled paleotectonic, paleogeographic, paleosedimentic and lithogeodynamic reconstruction. Our work has both fundamental and practical importance. The fundamental importance consists in reconstruction of paleogeographic conditions of the Dniester perecraton depression and improving the theory lithogenesis in platform passive outskirts. Practical value is important in the application of research results in the formulation of forecasting and exploration for different types of mineral resources which associated with sedimentary formations of Dniester perecraton depression.
