Their composition, structure, stability, physicochemical and spectral characteristics have been determined. The different mode of coordination of bisphosphonic acids to palladium has been established. It has been found that palladium bisphosphonates have a cytotoxic activity and a low toxicity. Interrelation between the composition, structure, physicochemical parameters of the obtained compounds and their biological activity has been established.
