Karazin popup.description2 Object of research is aspects of the structure and dynamics of test microecosystems, which define the possibility of microecosystems' long-term autonomous operation and response to toxic environment by changing the optical (colorimetric) characteristics and other image parameters in accordance with the conceptual diagrams of terrestrial recording units, mathematical models of test microecosystems, conceptual diagrams of terrestrial recording units. The aim of the work is to develop mathematical models of test microecosystem and conceptual diagrams of terrestrial recording units for diagnosis of sources of toxicity. Research methods: formalized description of aspects of the structure and dynamics of test microecosystems, which causes changes in microecosystems' spectral parameters under the influence of toxicity obtained with use of new original class of mathematical models (discrete modeling of dynamical systems), developed at V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University. The results and their topicality: an approach to the identification of discrete dynamical systems based on Spearman and Pearson's correlation coefficient was developed. Using this approach two patens for remote sensing methods for determining the aquatic toxicity on the base of relatively simple and inexpensive modifications of unmanned aerial vehicles and equipment for digital photography placed on board were developed. Stage of implementation: fundamental results obtained in the theme framework allowed to create two above mentioned inventions, for which the patents of Ukraine for utility models were received. The obtained fundamental results open a new direction in studying the structure of feedback for systems of different nature. This allowed within this research work to develop a method for the diagnosis of atopic dermatitis in children and adolescents, for which a patent of Ukraine for utility model is received as well. With the help of DMDS and ways of its improvement the results reflected in the publications pertaining not only to ecology, but also medicine, veterinary medicine and agriculture.
