It was defined that by changing of technological conditions of the sensitive structure fabrication, it is possible to realize different types of hopping conductivity at low temperatures and obtain both positive and negative magnetoresistance. The parameters of hopping conductivity were determined. The parameters of stability of sensors characteristics by the use of metrological facility were defined.
