Strain gauge and electronic computer technics were used. Factors which have the biggest influence on the value of technological load were found, methods of their calculation was developed. Mutual influence of piercing needle mechanism and a mechanism of reeling table was studied, influence of parameters and construction of mechanisms on their kinematic, dynamic and strength characteristics were evaluated. Parameters of the piercing needles mechanism were optimized, needles moving law from condition of the technological loads compensation by inertial ones was synthesized, working drawings of the improved mechanism were developed. Recommendations of the further piercing needles and table mechanisms construction improving were proposed, for the purpose of needle-sewing machines reliability and durability magnification.
