Objective: identification of fundamental laws of multilevel self-organization of submicron- and nanostructures solid under pressure at intensive external influences, and scientific foundations of managing this process. Research methods: nonequilibrium evolutionary thermodynamics, physical mechanics of materials, mathematical modeling, thermal modification, optical and electron microscopy, X-ray analysis, mechanical testing, and magnetic susceptibility measurements. Results: firstly created models of the investigated systems at different levels of scale, and methods of identification of these models, the mechanisms of interaction of system elements at different scale levels have been identified and studied, the collective behavior of such systems under intensive external influences (SPD, compacting nanoparticles, pulsed-wave, electromagnetic and mechanical impact) was revealed. Projected use of performance: nanostructured materials, which were obtained and analyzed in this paper can be used in engineering, energetics, chemical, aerospace, electronic, electrical industry, electronics, instrument and medicine.
