Influence of acoustic wave on the characteristics of localized modes of two-dimensional photonic crystal is found.The static magnetic and microwave spectral characteristics of composite materials on the basis of barium hexaferrite powder and carbon nanoplatelets have been investigated. The experimental features of the interaction between electromagnetic waves of a dielectric waveguide and magnetostatic oscillations in barium hexaferrite with previously formed regular domain structure have been identified. The nonlinear properties of the types of magnetostatic waves in ferrite film resonators were studied as well. The effect of electrical control of domains magnetization orientation is studied. The matrix model of the medium with the homogeneous approximation, which allows to characterize their anisotropic parameters, is built. The application of new technologies has provided a significant improvement of transport and noise characteristics of Si-nanowires MOS structures. It allows to use the ones as highly sensitive biosensors.
