An object of researches is firmness of process of arc/w under a gumboil to formation of pores and risks of non-fulfillment of requirements to porosity. A purpose of work is development of method of estimation of firmness of process of arc/w under a gumboil to formation of pores, receipt of mathematical dependence for the calculation of probability of implementation of requirements on porosity of the weld-fabricated guy-sutures, development of the statistically grounded criteria of fitness of welding process on firmness to formation of pores. A research method is a method of determination of firmness of welding processes to hydrogen porosity. The method of experimental research of firmness of process of welding to education of hydrogen pores is developed and a request is given on a declarative patent on an useful model. Shown out and published mathematical dependence of probability of implementation of requirements to porosity of the weld-fabricated guy-sutures from descriptions of the statistical distributing of indexes of porosity of the weld-fabricated guy-sutures. Prognosis suppositions about development of research object are application of the developed statistical going near prognostication of probability of implementation of requirements to other indexes of quality of products of welding production and ground of possible norms technically inevitable level of finally defective on technological reasons products (weldments, knots).
