It is shown that the NLO response of the crystals increases, and the sign of NLO refraction changes in the range of excitation intensities up to 20 Mwt/cm2. This is caused by resonance excitation of defect states on the surface of incorprated TixOy(OiPr)z nanocrystals and by rearrangement of the system of oxygen bonds around anatase nanocrystals in KDP crystal lattice.
