The structure of risks of electrical connection of NPP with power system and blackout of auxiliary system of power plant was formed. The mathematical model of the overhead transmission line to determine of total crafted resource performance. The method of forming of functions of failure probability distribution with fuzzy electrical parameters defined of failure rate was proposed. Mathematical models and software of determining the quantitative indicators of risk of loss electrical connection of NPP with power system and blackout of auxiliary system of power plant under extreme external influences at equipment failures and assessing the reliability of electrical shemes of power supplies of auxialiary system of NPP from independent sources in terms of fuzzy and incomplete information. The management method of risk of blackout of auxialiary system of NPP in emergency disturbances at NPP and at EPS was developed.
