The nature of interband absorption lines was explained for interband transitions spectra. It was shown that Co2FeGe is a half-metal and it can be used in spin electronics devices. It was performed the complex investigation of electron structure and magnetic properties of NdVO3, NdNiO3, SmVO3 and SmNiO3 oxides. It was shown that complex nickel oxides NdNiO3 and SmNiO3 are a typical half-metal compounds having 100 per cent electron spin polarization at Fermi level, and they may be used as a material for spin injector production nanotechnologies. It was studied the influence of constant magnetic field and electromagnetic field during mechanic-magneto-chemical synthesis of Fe3O4 nanoparticles and antineoplastic doxorubicin antibiotic nanocomplex. It was shown that value changes of permanent manetic field during mechanic-magneto-chemical synthesis of the nanocomplex influences on its magnetic properties. Experiments over laboratory animals have shown that the combined influence of the synthesized nanocomplex of detonated nanodiamonds and antineoplastic doxorubicin antibiotic togather with local radiofrequency medium hyperthermy at neoplast region temperature not more than 38?C iniciates a tendency of slowing the Walker-256 carcinosarcoma growth comparing to the monoeffects of nanocomplex and oficinal doxorubicin. The results of this work are applied to the design of antineoplastic magnetosensitive nanocomplex.
