Purpose of the work:To increase the sensitivity and reliability of detection of defects in pipelines and thermophysic justification of new technical solutions of burners stabilizers with means of intensification of combustion processes, the choice of rational design and operational parameters of these devices and to development of recommendations for their implementation.      The results of research: The analysis of opportunities for application of acoustic methods for determining the technical condition of pipelines and heating surfaces of boiler plants revealed that diagnostic signals are acoustic fluctuation signals generally have non-Gaussian distribution law. Informative, cumulant and moment functions of higher order diagnostic signals are offered and the analysis for exponential form of pulses of diagnostic signals are performed. It is found that with increasing intensity for exponential pulse shape and amplitude exponential distribution law of distribution of the acoustic signal leakage close to Gaussian. The complex computational experiments to investigate various ways and means of intensifying transfer processes in burners flat and cylindrical flame stabilizers is carried out. Based on CFD-modeling the recommended constructive and regime parameters of burners with processes intensifier of fuel combustion are determined and recommendations for their implementation are developed.
