The research methods are cultural one, cryopreservation, experimental modeling tendinopathy, histological and immunofluorescence analysis. The results of the research work. The dynamics of localization of the cultivated and cryopreserved autologous multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells (AMMSC) of bone marrow and skin fibroblasts (ASF) in the therapy of degenerative damage Achilles tendon (AT), with the local introduction was investigated. Local administration of both cultivated and cryopreserved autologous сells in degenerative-dystrophic damaged AT 21 day observation led to the restoration of contour definition bundles of collagen fibers, increasing the number of cellular elements and area of type III collagen, indicating activation of regenerative processes in the damaged tendon. With fluorescent labels (PKH-26) shows the presence and introduced AMMSC ASF of the defect for 21 days.
