The research aim was to study the morpho-functional state, changes in proliferative potential and apoptotic processes of human fibroblast cell culture prior to and after cryopreservation in the presence of gold nanoparticles. The research methods are cultural one, light and fluorescent microscopy, flow cytometry. The results of the research work. In order to assess the impact AuNPs in cultured cells was conducted morphological and functional status changes of proliferative ability and apoptotic processes of cell culture human fibroblasts under the influence of AuNPs before and after cryopreservation. The morphology of the cells cultured with AuNPs in the studied concentration range did not differ from control at all stages of observation. It was shown that the stimulating effect of AuNPs concentration 6 mg/ml in the proliferative capacity of cells manifested in all terms of observation. Methods of fluorescent microscopy (staining using annexin V) and flow cytometry was found that the presence of AuNPs in the studied concentration do not lead to the development of necrosis and apoptosis processes in cells at further culturing. The picture was similar to fibroblast cells after cryopreservation with AuNPs, only after culturing HFC in the presence of AuNPs within 7 days (concentration 6 mg/ml) a decrease in the percentage of viable cells and increase the number of cells in a state of apoptosis was obtained.
