Chapter 1 provides an overview of the research, the subject and objective of research, the problem to be solved in the work. Chapter 2 Analytical review of scientific literature on the use of nanomaterials such as carbon nanotubes for creation of electrochemical sensors by functionalization of electrode surface. Various known technologies are investigated and analysis of the prospects for their applications in bioanalitytics is conducted. Chapter 3 contains a description of the laboratory setup for electrochemical and electrochemiluminescent studies that was utilized in research and development works of the project. Chapter 4 shows experimental results for testing of the microelectrodes and of the prepared equipment. Chapter 5 provides information about the technology of microelectrodes fabrication and equipment for creating and designing of technology what is developed in the project. Chapter 6 contains information on the modification technology of the working microelectrodes surface by carbon nanotubes. Together with the technology of microelectrodes creation it is the technology of microelectrodes fabrication using carbon nanotubes that was developed in the project.
