Purpose of research is development of an algorithm, concept and process software controlling the ratio of air-fuel mixture for the burner with feedback on signals of alpha - probe. Scientific novelty of this work are a method of automatic control of the combustion process in boilers on the reverse signal from the broadband oxygen sensor and the algorithm of correction process of air-fuel ratio mixture by changing the speed of the asynchronous three-phase motor of the fan based on signals of alpha - probe. Application of these methods and systems is justified, the novelty is protected by three Ukrainian patent applications. To ensure the functioning of the automatic quality control of the combustion process a software package for monitoring the ratio of air-fuel mixture in the boilers up to 3.5 MW is created and implemented. As a result of experimental verification of the developed system we propose a method to improve the accuracy of determining the coefficient of excess air, in particular in the gas analysis devices. The results can be used at the enterprises Teplokommunenergo, Ministry of Regional Development and Housing of Ukraine where the process of automating on quality of the combustion process is an extremely urgent task, especially under the acute shortage of natural gas.
