It is shown that pH environment makes a big impact on the process of colloidal synthesis of CdTe NCs. It is shown that the use of vinyl chloride copolymer-acrylate as matrix material for transfer of CdTe NCs of colloidal solutions provides a stable in time nontoxic heterogeneous film structure, characterized by satisfactory optical properties.
