The aim of the work is elaboration of data coding and transmission based on the Residue Number System and Galois field for the multimedia wireless sensor networks. The investigation methods: information theory, coding theory, modular arith-metic based on Galois field, digital simulation and software emulation. As a result of the research, the following results: the basic structure of the adder which increased the speed of arithmetic operations in Galois codes; The functional structure of the special processor-based vertical information technology; investigated hardware and time complexity of arithmetic operations in the of residual number classes depending on the number and value are relatively prime modules; implemented on FPGA encoder and decoder modified correcting code RNS, which provides correction of single error; developed a special processor image representation system of residue number system, which provides high speed conversion by using partial encoder and parallel-serial multibit adder for relevant modules; Motion Detection algorithm for images that enhances the imaging performance through the implementation of Gaussian filter in the system of residual classes. The results will expand the functionality and scope of wireless multimedia sensor networks, in particular on objects that have architectural, historical value and high risk.
