Physical and chemical, infrared, adsorption and catalytic properties of newly catalysts were studied. The method of infrared spectroscopy confirmed the interaction of lysine with HPA and deformation of Keggin's ions in the structure of acid-base nanocatalysts and structure of hybrid nanocomposites. By transmission electron microscopy dendritic structure of nanocatalysts from lysine and phosphorus-molybdenum heteropolyacid was was confermed. Hydrolysis of fructose on synthesized heterogeneous catalysts showed that they can efficiently synthesize 5-hydroxymethyl furfural in the temperature range 105 - 120 ° C in an aqueous medium.
