The technology has advantages over the traditional burning of industrial and domestic waste. This is a significant decrease in process temperature of 800 - 1500 0 C to 450 - 650 0 C, the use of non-deficient catalyst and simplify procedures for making the catalyst system. The suggested scheme is suitable for processing both industrial and domestic wastes of different composition and physical state.
