The subject of the study have miniature evaporation-condensation system for thermal stabilization. The purpose of this project is to study the impact of regime and geometrical factors on the processes of evaporation in the evaporation-condensation of closed systems. Creation on the basis of these miniature devices effective thermal stabilization systems for powerful microelectronic devices. Method of research - experimental - theoretical. We present new approaches for intensification of processes of evaporation in the evaporation zones miniature heat exchangers (miniature heat pipes, pulsating heat pipes) and disclosed the physical processes generating steam in cramped conditions. The possibility of the cooling systems on the basis of such heat pipes are capable of transmitting significant heat flow with minimal thermal resistance and are able to compete with existing bolshshinstvom heat sink design. The results of influence of regime and geometrical factors on the rate of heat transfer in the areas of heat evaporation-condensation systems.
