There were studied the sources of civil procedural law as a way of expressing the political will of the Ukrainian people to whom this will becomes law. There was made a legal analysis of criminal offenses related to the illegal seizure of businesses. There were formed practical recommendations on recognizing signs of "raider attack" and preventing criminal manifestations of enterprises "absorption". There were formulated features of the criminalistics application in the traces detection process in the investigation of extortions that are committed by an organized criminal group. There was specified the concept of evidence, their classification was improved, was explained the content of evidence in administrative proceedings of Ukraine. There were formulated features of evidence in administrative cases related to the election process and the offenses that involve automobile transportation. In the scope of the research there was formulated natural approach to the content identification of the right to peaceful gathering, was clarified its content and features of the proceedings that involve breach of the right for gathering in Ukraine. There was proved the necessity of legal regulation of the right to peaceful gathering by the Law of Ukraine "On peaceful gathering in Ukraine."
