A method of investigation of the adsorption efficiency of polycations on a solid substrates have been proposed; the method involves the use of plasmon silver nanoparticles as the dark field microscopy markers of polymer deposition. The imaginary izotherm of polycation poly (dimetydyalilamoniy chloride) adsorption on the glass surface have been obtained and it have been shown that the higher absorption efficiency was observed for initial solution concentration 0.125% which is consistent with the results of atomic force microscopy. It have been shown that the introduction of nanocrystals into polymer matrix is reversible; a dynamic equilibrium between adsorption and desorption processes of quantum dots comes after 100 s of exposure of the substrate in a colloidal solution. The photostability of polymer structures based on CdTe nanocrystals of different sizes have been investigated. We have shown that the energy transfer processes have a significant impact on the rate of nanocrystals photooxidation. It have been shown that the temperature sensitivity of CdTe nanocrystals in polymer matrix is lower than the colloid. The efficiency of the fluorescent light transportation in the medium of films containing semiconductor and metal nanoparticles was studied; we have shown that the presence of silver nanoparticles does not increase the optical losses.
