The solid-phase synthesis method of yttrium aluminum garnet has been worked out. The surface treatment method of yttrium aluminum garnet particles has been worked out. The system consisting of plates and films of organic and inorganic phosphors for converting of light has been fabricated. The method of manufacturing composite films of organic and inorganic phosphors with the color rendering index more than 92 has been developed.
