This complex includes a construction of power blocks with the dilated functionality, a construction of pulsed source of supply of the sunlight simulator, a multichromatic light source which is characterised by high light efficiency with spectrum close to a sunlight and a low thermal heating of explored samples. The block diagram of a measuring complex is developed for research of parametres of solar energy phototransformers including nanoheterostructural solar elements which work at a high radiant density. Technique of measuring spectral dependences of an exterior quantum yield of solar elements on the basis of multilayer tandem heterostructures (quantity of work p-n transitions - up to four) is developed.
