Theoretical and practical results: the mechanism of use of instruments of ensuring sustained economic growth in the conditions of formation of the socially oriented relations and its influence on subjects of economy is methodologically reasonable. Novelty: features of formation of institutional structure of a transitional economy of Ukraine are defined; the methodological base of formation of models of social policy is improved; features of functioning of a labor market in the conditions of transformational economy are defined; the conceptual principles of economic development in a context of globalization tendencies are defined; the system of indicators of diagnostics of quality management of trade service at the enterprises of consumer cooperation is proved. Efficiency of introduction: use of results of research by house economy, subjects of the government, enterprise structures can promote more effective decision-making process in the conditions of market uncertainty transitive economy, to improvement of quality of a policy of formation institutional environments.
