The aim is to study theoretical positions, methodological and practical recommendations for the development of an information-management software distribution companies. Methods: comparative and systems analysis, systems modeling, scenario construction, expert opinions, statistical and mathematical theory of fuzzy sets. In carrying out the work: the theoretical aspects of system information and account management and the requirements for it in modern terms; studied and improved methodological tools of economic and energy audit company; analyzes the basic directions of the accounting methods of corporate transactions in terms of convergence of national systems with international accounting; circuit formed an effective system of corporate accounting operations and equity energy supply companies; reasonable organizational and economic mechanism of energy saving industry. Results of research: designed three levels of disclosure about the company as the basis for information management; the structural and logical scheme of energy audit and determined its relationship to the creation of energy management; the scheme of economic and energy survey and supplemented with a system of indicators of economic and energy audit, whose use in the management achieves reduction of energy consumption; formed program creation and implementation of organizational-economic mechanism of industrial energy efficiency, as well as a set of criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of organizational and economic solutions for the energy efficiency industry.
