Objective of the work is to ensure uniformity of temperature conditions of heat-treatment of annealing furnaces semifinished metallurgical products. By means of computer modeling of temperature fields and gas flows in heat-treatment annealing furnaces we have identified and proposed a rational mode of their operation. We have proposed designs of radiative heating appliances using elaborated differential dilatometer that will significantly increase their energy efficiency, and will eliminate decarbonisation and scaling of the rolled metal and will provide a significant economic effect.
