The expressions for the quadratic Casimir operators of the built superalgebra are obtained. It is shown that the operator of the squared mass is extended by adding the tensor generators, as well as by the generators of the internal symmetry and supersymmetry generators. It is shown that the proposed superalgebra has the structure of a direct sum of Lorentz algebra so(1,3) and orthosymplectic superalgebra osp(N|4). The gauge theory based on the deformed Maxwell algebra is proposed. It is shown that it tends to the theory of gravity with a cosmological constant and a twist, which is determined by the gauge field for antisymmtric tensor of generators of Maxwell algebra.
