The spatial and temporal dynamics of the Kerr filamentation in CGS composed of 65% GeS2, 25% Ga2S3, 10% CsCl are also investigated using the method of femtosecond time-resolved polarimetry at 800 nm wavelength and pulse energy of 76 and 300 nJ. We proposed a high performance method for creating microlenses in chalcogenide glasses, investigated the mechanism of their appearance, determined the parameters of the structures obtained. Advantages of the new laser technology for production of individual infrared microlenses and their periodic structures are indicated.
