The algorithms of determination of isentropic exponent of clean substances (hydrocarbons) and their mixtures are developed. The methods of determination of isentropic exponent which allow to calculate isentropic exponent of gas mixtures (in particular natural gas, coke gas) on the basis of the simplified data set are developed. Application of developed methods allows to decrease additional systematic errors of measurement of flow rate and volume of energy carriers.
