Results: methodical recommendations are worked out in relation to determination of level of concentration of agricultural production; a conceptual model is worked out economically permanent biosystem; the system of methodical positions offers and the calculations of sizes, structures and loud speakers of agrarian segment of national riches, are conducted; the analysis of the systems of world legislative practice of multifunctionness of agriculture is carried out. Degree of introduction : separate results are got during research offered to public authorities for the use in practical activity on the improvement of legal, organizational and economic aspects of public policy of the food providing of country; to analytical prognostication of home agrofood market development, preparation of projects of corresponding legislative and normative acts.
