Objective: To establish the levels of electric, magnetic field (MF) power frequency noise and chemicals resulting from the operation of high-TC, the scientific substantiation of hygienic requirements for the placement and operation of cable lines in the conditions of modern urban development. Methods: calculation, instrumentation, radio physical, mathematical, toxicological, physiological, biochemical, hematological. Results: first - given the sanitary and hygienic conditions characteristic location and operation of high-voltage power СL 110-330 kV set priority factors impact on the environment - the electric and magnetic field, acoustic pollution, and in an emergency chemical releases gas-insulated equipment (sulfur hexafluoride); regularities of spatial distribution in the environment of these factors; developed criteria for their hygienic assessment; regularities of changes in exchange processes and behavioral reactions in the body of experimental animals at a load of the magnetic field at 30 and 90 µT; developed hygienic standards of the magnetic field of 50 Hz for the territories of different functional purpose (residential, urban development, outside the residential area, difficult locality; set OBRD sulfur hexafluoride for the air in populated areas in the concentration 37 ± 7 mg/m3, scientifically justified hygienic requirements for the placement and operation of high-CL power and their equipment in a sealed urban areas.
