Study objective - substantiation of the criterion significance of the immunological effects at the effect of carcinogenic NA and generally toxic substances-their precursors. Study methods - immunological, gas-chromatographic, medico-statistical. We determined: under conditions of peroral administration of various doses of the NA precursors (SN and TC) to the rats, nitrosoamines were identified in the animals' organs. We demonstrated a carcinogenic danger of endogenically synthesized NA, it was exhibited by the development of the tumors in the rats depending on the dose of the precursors in 13.3 % and 72.7 % cases. We revealed dose-time regularities of the immunotoxic effects in the process of the increase of endogenic NA and peculiarities of the immune response at presence and absence of morphologically identified neoplasms.
