Aim of investigation: analysis of the work of ITU-R and other international and regional organizations in addressing the issues submitted for consideration at WRC-15 on the allocation of frequency resources for terrestrial and satellite component of IMT in the interests of Ukraine in the field of radio communications, and facilitate the successful integration of Ukraine into European system of communications and the global information space. Results: documents DK ITU-R is analyzed to address issues relating to the distribution of frequency resources for terrestrial and satellite component of IMT at WRC-15, as well as previous positions of various international and regional organizations on the agenda of WRC-15, developed during 2014, namely , 1.1, 1.2, and 1.10 of the WRC-15, the National distribution table of radio frequency bands Ukraine Plan of radio frequency resource of Ukraine, as well as research results of Study Groups (SGs) and Working Groups (WG) of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the European Conference of Postal and Telecommunications (CEPT) and other international organizations. Research materials on these issues are prepared. Effectivity: research results will be implemented in the process of Ukraine AC in promoting the integration of Ukraine into the European system of communication and global information space in terms of radio electronic facilities and develop proposals for the position of Speaker of Ukraine under the relevant agenda items for WRC-15.
