In the performance of the research it was used the following methods: comparison, analysis and synthesis, dialectical, etc. Generalized research results are basis for the methodology for designing and operating farms. As a result of the study it was given some scientific and practical advice on the creation and functioning of farms. Developed guidelines for the establishment and operation of farms can be used in the farm "Victoria 92" for the effective organization of production and economic activity.
