The expressions for the energy of the magnetic and elastic subsystems of magnets of different symmetry were presented. The system of dynamic magnetoacoustic equations was constructed. The influence of magnetic ordering on the magnitude of the elastic modules of alloys in which the martensitic phase transformations occur in the lattice was estimated.
