The dispergation - coagulation kinetics during annealing of 48 nanofilms contact systems metallic nanofilms - non-metallic surfaces. It is founded that metallic films with high adhesion to the surface oxides dispersed at a considerably higher temperature and with a lower intensity compared to films that have low adhesion to the oxides surface. The conductivity change of silver films onto Al2O3 when annealed "in situ" in the air,and it correlation with the degree of change in electric conductivity dispergated film were studied. Theoretical views on thermodynamics and kinetic processes that occur during the annealing of metallic nanofilms based on adhesive - surface properties of the metal and the substrate are developed. Practical applications examples of nanocover onto leucosapphire and alumina ceramics for brazed and welded pressure nonmetallic and metal - nonmetallic products are given.
