Theoretically and experimentally confirmed that by using such additives incarnation as oxygen, carbon and nitrogen in a sharp increase in the hardness of nanostructured materials due to the improvement of grain boundaries. So by increasing the oxygen content in the films of titanium to 5.5 at.% Hardness increases to 11.5 GPa and elastic modulus of 193 GPa bodily; with increasing nitrogen content to 6.5 at.% hardness increases to 9 GPa modulus of elasticity of 181 GPa bodily. In all the films recorded only phase -Ti. The presence of nitrogen vysokoentropiynyh vacuum coatings to 9% leads to an increase in hardness from 12 to 19 GPa in modulus of elasticity of 200 GPa. A new class of nanostructured materials - vysokoentropiyni alloys that combine high strength and ductility characteristics. Since the strength of 1300 MPa at 20C cast alloys deformed in air up to 99% and dwell plastic. These characteristics are inherent strength not even alloy components in the form of nanocrystals.5481
